Ex-FCA Criminal Chief David Kirk to Lead U.K. Fraud Lobby Group

David Kirk, the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority’s former chief criminal counsel, was appointed chairman of the Fraud Advisory Panel, a lobby group.

Kirk, who left the FCA at the end of last year to join U.S. law firm McGuireWoods LLP in London, takes over from Rosalind Wright, the former director of the U.K. Serious Fraud Office, and the complaints commissioner at the London Metal Exchange.
