Germany, Europe’s biggest clean-energy market, added the fewest solar panels in five years in 2013 after government subsidy cuts, the BSW-Solar lobby said.
Developers added 124,000 solar plants with a combined capacity of 3,304 megawatts, down 56 percent, BSW-Solar said today in an e-mailed statement. Subsidies, being reduced each month, are falling faster than solar panel prices, it said.
