Vancouver Home Sales Increase 37.7% in November From Year Ago

Home sales in the greater Vancouver area rose 37.7 percent in November from a year earlier, the city’s real estate board said.

Home sales totaled 2,321 units last month, compared with 1,686 in November 2012, the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver said in an e-mailed statement. Sales were 1.2 percent below the 10-year average for the month, it said.
