NextEra Energy Inc., the largest U.S. producer of wind power, reached its highest price in three months after saying it may form a “yield company” to attract investors seeking steady returns from its power plants.

The shares rose 4 percent to $88.14 at the close in New York, the highest level since Aug. 1.
