Safaricom Jumps Most in 3 Weeks on Price Target: Nairobi Mover

Safaricom Ltd., Kenya’s biggest company by market value, rallied the most in three weeks after Kestrel Capital (East Africa) Ltd. raised its price target.
Shares of the telecommunications company climbed 2 percent to 7.65 shillings by the close in the capital, Nairobi, the largest gain since Aug. 8. Almost 114 million shares were traded, equivalent to 6.8 times the three-month daily average.
