Apple Inc. should have staggered renegotiations with publishers as part of antitrust remedies, said the judge in New York who found the iPad maker conspired to fix e-book prices. U.S. District Judge Denise Cote didn’t issue a ruling but suggested guidelines and said she wanted to schedule another hearing.
