Ballard Spahr LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm, merged with 14-lawyer criminal-defense boutique Stillman & Friedman PC to gain a presence in New York.
The New York office will be known as Ballard Spahr Stillman & Friedman LLP, the firm said in a statement. Charles Stillman of Stillman & Friedman is managing partner of the office, Ballard Spahr’s 14th in the U.S.
