Palm oil ended little changed as concerns that stockpiles in Malaysia, the world’s second-largest producer, may remain near a record countered optimism of a rebound in global demand.

The contract for May delivery ended at 2,399 ringgit ($773) a metric ton on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange after trading between 2,413 ringgit and 2389 ringgit. The most-active contract has tumbled 26 percent in the past year.
