Czech President Vaclav Klaus won’t sign an amendment to Europe’s Lisbon treaty that created the European Stability Mechanism, he told the CTK new service.
Klaus’s refusal won’t block operations of the ESM rescue fund, the state-run news service said, citing Vojtech Belling, the director of the government’s European Affairs deparment.
