U.S. Labor Dept. Says It Is Aiming for Nov. 2 Jobs Data Release

The U.S. Labor Department said today that it is “working hard” to ensure that the October jobs data will be released as scheduled on Nov. 2.
“It is our intention that Friday will be business as usual regarding the October Employment Situation report,” the department said in a release issued in Washington by spokesman Carl Fillichio.
