HomeServices of America, the real estate brokerage owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc., joined with Brookfield Asset Management Inc. to form a new franchise brand.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new venture, will be led by Chief Executive Officer Earl Lee, according to a Marketwire statement today from the companies.
