WTI Oil Rises as Much as 58 Cents to $86.31; Brent Crude Gains

West Texas Intermediate oil rose as much as 58 cents, or 0.7 percent, to $86.31 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. It was at $86.20 at 2:19 p.m. Singapore time. Brent crude traded in London climbed as much as 64 cents, or 0.6 percent, to $108.49.
