Russia Sees Arms Exports Reaching $11 Billion in 2012, RIA Says

Russia expects the value of weapons exports to reach $11 billion this year, RIA Novosti reported, citing Sergey Chemezov, head of Russian Technologies Corp., the parent company of state arms merchant Rosoboronexport.

First-half sales were about $7 billion, Chemezov said, the state-run news service reported today.
