Mexico Detains Man With Alleged Hezbollah Ties, Universal Says

Mexican immigration and security authorities detained a U.S. citizen with alleged ties to Hezbollah, designated a terrorist organization by the U.S. State Department, Mexico City-based newspaper El Universal reported.
Authorities detained Rafic Mohammad Labboun Allaboun in the Yucatan state city of Merida and handed him over to U.S. authorities on Sunday, the newspaper reported on its website today, citing sources it didn’t identify.
