Oil Extends Gain, Heads for Biggest Monthly Rise Since February

Crude oil extended gains on the New York Mercantile Exchange, where the October contract was up 70 cents at $95.32 a barrel at 1:07 p.m. London time after rising as much as 75 cents to $95.37. The contract has risen 8.2 percent this month, the most since February.
