Russia Spy Chief’s Son to Oversee Privatization, Kommersant Says

Pavel Fradkov, the younger son of Russia’s Foreign Intellingence Chief, Mikhail Fradkov, may become deputy head of the Federal Property Agency, which organizes state asset sales, Kommersant said, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.

Olga Dergunova, a former country head of Microsoft Corp., was appointed to lead the agency in June and is now forming her team, according to the newspaper.
