South Korea Has 19,420 MW of Nuclear Capacity Online

South Korea has 19 nuclear reactors in operation, producing 17,327 megawatts of power, or about 90 percent of total capacity, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Two additional plants are undergoing trials with 2,093 megawatts of capacity online.

The following table shows the status of the nation’s 21 reactors with a combined regular capacity of 19,259 megawatts and two that are in trial operation by state-run Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. as of today.
