Eurasian Natural Resources Corp.’s chairman hired an adviser for a plan to split the mining company, according to the Sunday Telegraph.

Mehmet Dalman recruited Amre Youness, who worked on the company’s flotation and runs a holding company for the founders’ investments, the newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information.
