Ivory Coast Starts Highway Project With $100 Million China Loan

Ivory Coast started a road construction project funded with a $100 million loan from the Export-Import Bank of China.
It will take about 30 months to complete the highway connecting Abidjan, the commercial capital, to the eastern coastal town of Bassam, President Alassane Ouattara said at the start of the project today.
