Russia’s Novorossiysk Port Restarts Operations After Flooding

Russia’s Novorossiysk port began to restore operations at 5 p.m. following an interruption caused by flooding, OAO Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port said in an e-mailed statement.
Operations at the Russian Black Sea port’s general cargo and forest terminals restarted, and others will follow after an improvement in the weather, according to the statement.
