Mexico Army to Patrol Nuevo Laredo During Elections After Bomb

The Mexican army will patrol Nuevo Laredo in the Mexican border state of Tamaulipas tomorrow as the country votes for a new president, the Interior Ministry said today in an e-mailed statement.

An explosion near the municipality’s city hall yesterday injured seven people, destroyed 11 cars and damaged the government building, according to El Universal newspaper.
