Lithuanian Residential Property Prices Rose in Second Quarter

Residential property prices in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, rose 0.2 percent in the second quarter from the previous three months, the nation’s registry office said.
Outside of Vilnius, real-estate prices fell 5.8 percent on the quarter, the office said in an e-mailed statement today, citing preliminary data. Prices increased 6 percent from a year earlier in Vilnius, it said.
