Best Buy Names Caputo, James, Khosla for CEO Search

Best Buy Co. named directors Lisa Caputo, Ronald James and Sanjay Khosla to its committee searching for a successor to Brian Dunn, who resigned as chief executive officer last week.
The committee, to be headed by director Kathy J. Higgins Victor, will hire a search firm to identify external and internal candidates, including interim CEO Mike Mikan, the Richfield, Minnesota-based company said today in a statement. That firm will be announced in a few weeks.
