Lithuania Refuses Investtorgbank Permission to Open an Office

The Lithuanian central bank declined to allow Russia’s Investtorgbank OAO to open an office in the country on the ground that the lender failed to provide full information about its shareholders, the central bank said in an e-mailed statement today.
