London’s annual Boat Race between teams from Cambridge and Oxford universities has had to be stopped part-way through after a man was swimming in the River Thames close to the boats, a live televised broadcast of the event showed.
The teams will return to the start point for a re-run, the British Broadcasting Corp. said.
