Siemens May Have Interest in Buying Ansaldo STS, Reuters Says

Siemens AG is among companies expressing interest in buying railway-signaling equipment provider Ansaldo STS SpA from Finmeccanica SpA, Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
Hitachi Ltd., Bombardier Inc., Alstom SA, and Mitsubishi Corp. also expressed interest in acquiring the Italian manufacturer, Reuters said.
