Siemens Chairman Wants Four New Board Members, Capital Says

Gerhard Cromme, supervisory board chairman of Siemens AG, plans to have four new members for the oversight board voted into office at the annual shareholder meeting in January 2013, Capital reported without saying where it got the information.
Former chief executive officer of Cie. de Saint-Gobain SA Jean-Louis Beffa, 70, and Siemens family representative Gerd von Brandenstein, 69, may leave, the German magazine said. Former MAN AG CEO Hakan Samuelsson, 61, and president of the Max-Planck-Society Peter Gruss, 62, may also depart, Capital said.
