Delta Air Lines Inc. will change East Coast shuttle flight departures at New York’s LaGuardia airport to the top of the hour to align its schedule with those of rivals such as US Airways Group Inc.

The changes affect service to Washington and Boston, according to a statement today from Delta, which previously operated the flights on the half-hour. Atlanta-based Delta said it also will add a 13th daily shuttle flight to Chicago’s O’Hare airport.
