Canadian Dollar Fluctuates Amid Decline in U.S. Stock

Canada’s dollar traded almost to the strongest level since September as a rally in risk-sensitive assets lifted the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index to the highest in four years.
The Canadian currency, which benefits as the outlook for global economic growth and demand for its raw materials improves, outperformed the majority of its 16 most-traded counterpart as the greenback fell against all but the Brazilian real.
