U.S. Gulf Oil Premiums Strengthen as WTI-Brent Gap Fluctuates

U.S. Gulf Coast oil premiums strengthened as the difference between West Texas Intermediate and Brent fluctuated.
The premium of Brent to WTI based on March futures contracts decreased 16 cents to $11.74 a barrel at 1:44 p.m. in New York after widened as much as 63 cents to $12.53, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
