Enbridge Inc. apportioned its Ozark pipeline, which moves heavy and low-sulfur oils between Cushing, Oklahoma, and Wood River, Illinois, by 92 percent for February, according to Larry Springer, a company spokesman.

Nominations from shippers were 3.16 million barrels a day, and the pipeline has the capacity to move 235,800 barrels a day, Springer said in an e-mail.
