ECB’s Nowotny Sees ‘Positive Solution’ on Hungary Amid IMF Talks

European Central Bank Governing Council member Ewald Nowotny expects a “positive solution” for Hungary’s talks with the International Monetary Fund and the European Commission, he said in Vienna today.

“There are efforts under way to restart talks with the Fund and with the Commission,” Nowotny told reporters. “I expect a positive solution to be found.”
