Iraq’s Halfaya Crude Oil Field Increases Output, Missan Says

Crude production at Iraq’s Halfaya field, whose shareholders include Total SA, increased after a well started, according to Missan Oil Co., which is overseeing the project.
The well, one of 10 being drilled to develop the area, added 2,000 barrels a day in production, Director General Ali Muarej said in a statement on the company’s website today. Output will start at three more wells next month, he said.
