CCR Authorizes Negotiation to Buy Stakes in Airport Projects

The board of directors of Sao Paulo-based toll road operator CCR SA authorized its executives to negotiate the purchase of stakes in airport projects from two shareholders in CCR, Andrade Gutierrez Participacoes SA and Camargo Correa SA.

CCR approved a price of $140 million for a stake in an airport project in Quito, Ecuador, $50 million for a project in San Jose, Costa Rica, and $24.5 million for a project in Curacao, the company said in an e-mailed press release.
