Fresenius Medical Care AG, the world’s biggest provider of kidney dialysis, cut its full-year revenue forecast after the debt crisis in Europe caused the euro to weaken against the U.S. dollar.

Revenue will be 1 percent to 2 percent below the $13 billion forecast for this year, the Bad Homburg, Germany-based company said in a statement today. Net income will be at the low end of the target range of $1.07 billion and $1.09 billion, according to the company.
