Michael Fuchs, the Christian Democratic Union’s deputy leader in Germany’s parliament, and Rainer Bruederle, parliamentary leader of Germany’s Free Democratic Party, want Europe to create an independent European debt-rating company, Passauer Neue Presse reported, citing interviews.
