The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. hired Arturo de Pena as head of loan sales and trading in the syndicated loan capital markets group.

He reports to Chris O’Neill, BTMU’s group head of syndications in the investment banking division for the Americas, which is headed by general manager Taiju Hisai, according to a statement distributed by Business Wire yesterday.
