Baywa Eyes Acquisition in Southern Europe This Year, WiWo Says

Baywa AG may make an acquisition in southern Europe for its renewable-energy business by the end of this year, Wirtschaftswoche reported, citing Chief Financial Officer Andreas Helber.
The German farm products and building-materials company may increase earnings before interest and tax by about 20 percent this year and next, the magazine quoted Helber as saying. Sales in the energy business may double to 500 million euros ($662 million) this year, according to Wirtschaftswoche.
