TNK-BP, Rosneft, Gazprom Bid for SG-Trans, Kommersant Reports

OAO Gazprom, OAO Rosneft and TNK-BP Holding are among 10 bidders for as much as 100 percent of state-owned rail carrier OAO SG-Trans, Kommersant reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The value of SG-Trans, Russia’s largest rail transporter of liquefied petroleum gas with fleet of 14,500 bulk liquid carriers, has been estimated at 13 billion rubles ($423 million) or more, the Moscow-based newspaper said.
