Green Rock, New World Form Venture for Geothermal Exploration

Green Rock Energy Ltd. agreed to form a venture with New World Energy Ltd. to jointly develop geothermal exploration permits in Western Australia, according to a statement from Green Rock.
The two companies will develop all the geothermal permits held by them, the statement said. Green Rock owns 9 permits in the state and New World Energy has 8. Green Rock will be the initial operator of the joint venture.
