Metro Pacific Investments Corp. said it agreed to acquire the company that operates Cardinal Santos Medical Center for 300 million pesos.
Metro Pacific signed an agreement with affiliate Medical Doctors Inc. to acquire 100 percent of Colinas Verdes Hospital Managers Corp., it said in a disclosure to the stock exchange today.
