Germany’s Seibert to Make Statement on EU Summit, Office Says

German government spokesman Steffen Seibert will make a statement on the European Union summit scheduled to be held in Brussels on Oct. 23, the German government press office said by telephone.
Seibert, who speaks for Chancellor Angela Merkel, will make his comments some time after 6:30 p.m. Berlin time, the office said.
