Ukraine Pipe Maker Interpipe Plans 46% Sales Increase, IFX Says

Interpipe, a Ukrainian maker of steel pipes for the oil and gas industry, plans to increase sales by 46 percent to $1.9 billion this year, Interfax reported, citing company management.

Interpipe intends to increase pipe production to 990,000 metric tons from 850,000 tons last year, Interfax cited General Director Oleksandr Kirichko as saying. In 2010, the company’s sales were $1.3 billion, it reported.
