Cofinimmo Sells Offices for 68.6 Mln Euros, Buys Nursing Home

Cofinimmo SA, Belgium’s biggest real-estate investment fund, said it sold the Montoyer Science office in Brussels for 57.2 million euros and completed the sale of the Veldkant offices in Kontich for 11.4 million euros.
Cofinimmo also agreed to buy a nursing home in Brussels for 6 million euros and plans to spend an additional 7.8 million euros on renovation works, according to a statement posted on its website today.
