Sinovel Asked to Respond to AMSC’s Complaint on Agreements

Sinovel Wind Group Co. received a notice from Beijing Arbitration Commission asking it to respond to a complaint filed by American Superconductor Corp., Sinovel said today in a statement to the Shanghai stock exchange.
The complaint by AMSC’s Suzhou Meien Superconductor Co. unit is over eight purchase agreements with AMSC for wind power components, according to the statement.
