China Mobile Ltd. held talks with Apple Inc. Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook, when he visited China, to offer the iPhone, said Wang Jianzhou, chairman of the Chinese carrier. More than 7.4 million of China Mobile’s customers use the iPhone, Wang said in Hong Kong today.
