Poland’s PKO Chief Economist Tarnawa to Join BOS, Parkiet Says

Lukasz Tarnawa, chief economist of PKO Bank Polski SA, is leaving Poland’s largest bank to take over as head of research at Bank Ochrony Srodowiska SA, Parkiet reported, without saying where it got the information.
Tarnawa will be temporarily replaced by PKO BP economist Karolina Sedzimir, while recruitment for a new chief economist will end in the third quarter, Parkiet said today on its website. Another PKO BP economist, Aleksandra Swiatkowska, is also leaving to join Bank Ochrony, according to the report.
