RBC Adds North Sea’s Fishlow Minter for Loan Capital Markets

RBC Capital Markets hired Judith Fishlow Minter to co-head U.S. loan capital markets as the investment-banking arm of Royal Bank of Canada boosts its share of underwriting bank debt.
Fishlow Minter will lead the New York-based business with Miguel Roman, the firm said today in an e-mailed statement. She joined from North Sea Partners LLC, where she was a managing partner, and previously ran Citigroup Inc.’s loan syndicate for North America.
