Australia Newcastle Thermal Coal Rises 1.3% to $122.45 a Ton

Power-station coal prices at Australia’s Newcastle port, an Asian benchmark, increased 1.3 percent in the week ended today.
Coal prices at the New South Wales port rose to $122.45 a metric ton from $120.90 the previous week, according to the globalCOAL NEWC Index.
