Nigerian police arrest 58 suspected Boko Haram members in connection with an explosion in the compound of the police headquarters in the capital, Abuja, on June 16, Vanguard newspaper reported, without saying how it got the information.
The government also asked the embassies of Somalia, Sudan and Niger to provide comprehensive lists of their nationals residing in the country after Somalis and Sudanese were among those arrested, the Lagos-based newspaper said.
